Traditionally neither the people nor the companies that inhabit the creative industry have stood still for too long. File FX is geared up to accommodate this flux - London advertising agency and commercials data is monitored on an 8 week cycle, most other data on a 12 week cycle. As well as us telephoning every few weeks to verify our listings, we hear about changes (from the people themselves, trade press and so forth) on a daily basis, so the data is constantly upgraded.

We do not list freelance designers or "one man bands. Note that where no specific print buyer is employed by a company, we generally indicate who has that responsibility, eg senior designer or creative director.

All lists and labels are produced to order so you receive the most up-to-date information.

If you have a non-standard requirement, eg Ad Agency Creative Directors only on label, contact us and we will quote you. Note we do not offer email information, under Data Protection law we are required to seek individual permissions to pass on email addresses and such clearances have not been obtained.

Return our and we will send your goods within 2-3 days. If you include your own institutional purchase order we do not require payment upfront.
