Traditionally neither the people nor the companies that inhabit the creative industry have stood still for too long. File FX is geared up to accommodate this flux - London advertising agency data is monitored on an 8 week cycle, most other data on a 12 week cycle. As well as us telephoning every few weeks to verify our listings, we hear about changes (from the people themselves, trade press and so forth) on a daily basis, so the data is constantly upgraded.
We do not list every single company that exists but focus on the largest groups/titles/labels or those known for external commissioning policies. We do not guarantee that the featured personnel are commissioning at this time or that they are necessarily going to feed you work.

Hard Copy
A4 reference books. Companies listed A-Z with full name and job title of contacts, company name, address, telephone, fax, company level email. This is what the hard copy looks like:-
Address Labels
Self - adhesive labels 64 x 38 mm. Laser printed on A4 sheets. Typeface Frutiger 55 in 10 point. Select by job title to optimize your run (see headcount sheet on page 3 of order form PDF)
Digital File
Comma or tab delimited data files. You need to import this data into your own database, spreadsheet or word processing package. Most of our customers are using Word, Access, Excel or Filemaker Pro. To check usability email a request asking for a PC or Mac test file.
Delivery
Allow 2-3 days but often goods are on their way same day or within 24 hours. If you catch us in the middle of an update we might ask you to hold on a while, we will contact you to discuss the best way to proceed.
